Terms

These terms cover your use of Playweek, run by Ristra Labs LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: support@playweek.app.

The league

• Playweek schedules matches and lessons between players. It doesn't own, book, or supervise any court.
• You play at your own risk. Before paying a season fee or booking a lesson you'll accept the waiver in the app.
• Your league level is Playweek's own number. It isn't an NTRP or UTR rating, and Playweek isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the USTA or UTR.
• Organizers can move players between divisions, award walkovers, and remove anyone who behaves badly.

Payments

• Season fees are paid through Stripe and are refundable in full until the first match week starts, and not after.
• Lessons are paid when you book. Coaches are independent and set their own prices and cancellation windows. If a coach cancels, you get a full refund.

Text message terms

• Program: Playweek match notifications. By entering your number and continuing, you agree to get texts about your account and matches: login codes, weekly pairings, proposed and confirmed times, reminders, score confirmations, and messages from your league organizer.
• Frequency: varies; usually no more than one a day, plus confirmations you ask for and login codes.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@playweek.app.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
• See Privacy for how we handle your number. We never share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Your content

Keep board posts and reactions about tennis. You're responsible for what you post; we can remove it.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Playweek is provided as is. To the extent New Mexico law allows, Ristra Labs LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll text you before it takes effect.
