Playweek is run by Ristra Labs LLC, a New Mexico company. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it. Questions: support@playweek.app.
What we collect
- Your mobile number (it's your login) and your name.
- Your home ZIP code, used only to pick a court between you and an opponent.
- Your weekly availability, preferred courts, and self-rated starting level.
- Your matches: times, courts, scores, and the league level we calculate from them.
- Lessons you book, notes your coach leaves you, and posts you make on your division's board.
- Basic records of texts we send you and texts you send us.
How it's used
- To pair you with opponents, propose times, and send the texts you've agreed to.
- To show standings and results to the other players in your division.
- To let league organizers run the season (they can see your name, number, level and matches).
Who else sees it
- Your opponent sees your name and number once a match is confirmed. Your division sees your name, results and level.
- Service providers who run parts of Playweek for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Twilio (text messages) and Stripe (payments; we never see or store your card number).
- We don't sell your information. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Texts
We text you only about your account and your matches. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, and HELP for help. See the text message terms.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while you have an account. To delete your account and data, email support@playweek.app from anywhere or text us HELP; we'll confirm within 30 days. Past match results may stay in other players' history with your name removed.
Kids
Playweek is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll text you before it takes effect.
